- write a range of business letters to accomplish business objectives including:
- making enquiries and specific requests,
- confirming details and negotiating changes to arrangements,
- conveying positive and negative business messages,
- establishing and maintaining goodwill with the reader.
- identify and apply an appropriate organisational structure for the letters based on the nature of the message.
- write a recommendation report to inform the reader's decisions with relevant information, reports of progress, analyses and suggestions.
